Recent changes in the long-range outlook at Mid-Rivers are allowing us to deliver the Unlimited Internet rate plan members have asked for. Starting with our November 2023 bills, the Wide Open plan price is now capped at $79.95/month. Nothing else about the plan or speeds will change. The base rate will remain $19.95, plus $0.20/GB of usage UP TO 300GB. At 300GB, the rate is capped and will not exceed $79.95 regardless of usage. Wide Open customers who use less than 300GB will continue to pay less than $79.95.
This pricing cap will be applied automatically for all current Wide Open Internet customers, starting with your November bill, and including your past usage from September 17 forward. Existing customers do not need to do anything to get this plan. Changes will be applied automatically for all eligible customers.
