Candidates are being sought for the election of Trustees for Mid-Rivers Telephone Cooperative, Inc., which will take place on Wednesday, May 29, 2024, in Baker, MT. All interested candidates must be nominated by petition. Petitions forms may be obtained here, or by calling 1-800-452-2288 or sending an e-mail request to mrtcreg@midrivers.coop. Please use only the form covering your District.
The districts up for election this year are:
- District 7 – Fallon (486), Miles City (234, 874) and Terry (635)
- District 8 – Baker (778), Carlyle (588), Plevna (772), Wibaux (796), East Carlyle (688) and Ekalaka (775)
- District 9 – Glendive (345, 377)
Completed petitions may be returned via email to mrtcreg@midrivers.coop or mailed to Mid-Rivers Telephone Cooperative, Inc., PO Box 280, Circle, MT 59215. Nominations by petition must be received by 5:00 PM on March 29, 2024, to be included on the official ballot and have a candidate profile printed in the Annual Report which is mailed to all active Cooperative members prior to the election. Candidates must be a member of Mid-Rivers Telephone Cooperative, Inc., and maintain residence in the district where the candidate seeks election.
