My Calls Over Wi-Fi Are Dropping

If your calls are dropping while using Wi-Fi Calling, it is likely due to a setting within your phone itself.
For users with iPhones -

Go into your phones Settings.

Find the "Cellular" section.

Find Wi-Fi Assist & toggle the setting OFF
For users with Android devices -

Go into your phone's Settings.

Find the "Connections" section.

Select Wi-Fi then select Advanced.

Find the Intelligent Wi-Fi option, then toggle OFF the setting that says Switch to Mobile Data.
*Androids also may call this feature Adaptive Connectivity, Smart Network Switch, or Mobile Data Always Active, but it's almost always found in the advanced or network settings section of the phone.
