How to Submit an Email Support Ticket

With Mid-Rivers new email server, customers can easily request a callback for email support via their Customer Panel at https://cp.midrivers.com.

To login, you will need your Account Number, Email Address, and Email Password.

Once you are logged in, select the support option in the upper right-hand corner.

Fill in the Support Request Dialog box with your name & number, best time to call, and a quick note of what you are needing assistance with. Select “Submit Support Request” and a ticket will be entered with our email support team, who will call you back to assist you with your issues.
