Mid-Rivers offers a free account management tool known as My Mid-Rivers (SmartHub). You can use My Mid-Rivers:

Track and manage your Mid-Rivers Communications accounts
Track your data use for Mid-Rivers Internet
Set up paperless billing
Set-up automatic payments
Pay your Mid-Rivers bill online
Report a service trouble
Manage your contact methods
